Empower Your Will and Your Body - Exercise Today!

I know how much exercise is beneficial for my health and battling PCOS, and know the priceless sense of satisfaction of well-being, but why is it that almost every day I have to drag myself to the gym??? Sometimes I pack my gymbag well in advance and put it in the car for motivation, but after work feel completely exhausted and just go straight home? I drew up a list of ground rule for building a motivation for exercising regularly, because you have to admit - it feels bloody awesome when you finished a good training and showered. You feel revived, like a new person!

Plan

Nowadays hardly anyone has a lot of free time. Therefore, specify the dates of training, just like you arrange a meeting with a friend or seeing a doctor ... Note the dates on your calendar and do not deviate from them, even if another event pops up that can be moved to another date.

Exercise with a friend

If you tend to go easy on yourself, find a friend that will make you train harder. With a friend and joint exercise you will not be able to cancel so easily. Encourage each other and success will come to both of you more quickly.

Do what you like

Pick a sport or activity that simply makes you happy. The more you enjoy some form of exercise, you will be more persistent in practice, and results will be visible sooner. Maybe you're not a gym person? There is SO MANY sports to pick from! Find your sport and love it.

Invest in sportswear

Buy new running shoes or other sportswear - the better you feel, the more satisfaction the physical activity will provide.

Reward for effort

When after several months of working out hard and achieving your result, be sure to reward yourself. Run yourself a bath with aromatic oils, go for a massage or buy yourself a small gift. It will feel good to pamper yourself for something you well deserved.

Get up and exercise

There are days when we simply feel too exhausted and have no energy for anything. However, try to make yourself go to the gym or exercise, even if it's for half an hour. And when you arrive to the gym or park, who knows, you might have want to complete the whole training and stay longer. If not, an 30 minute exercise is better than nothing.

I recently started going regularly to the gym and have to go through this list weekly in my mind. It's so hard to stay obedient! I keep thinking about the amazing feeling after a completed workout, but it's hard getting there, given all the circumstances and our hurried lifestyle...

If only it was easier achieving our goals!
