Get A Beach Ready Body With Crossfit

Spring is almost here so we have to ask the obvious question: “Do you have a beach ready body”? If not, you should definitely take up Crossfit. It is exhausting, but extremely effective and you will see the results in a couple of months.

Crossfit training sessions have been held throughout the world for many years, but officially this sport has existed under this name from 2008. This kind of exercise combines several very popular sporting disciplines:

- athletics,

- gymnastics,

- weight lifting

and more often swimming and cycling.

It allows you to significantly increase strength, stamina and speed and therefore it affects your physical appearance. It is also known as the 'military training'. You can 'squeeze' up to 1000 calories in one training.

A Crossfit training begins with a warm up which consists of running, stretching, exercises at the training ground, and jumping the rope. Then we moves on to a specific program, which serves as additional motivation to all of us, as every training is based on a combination of different exercises. To put it simply - no training is the same. Also, all sessions need to be done in the shortest possible time. For example, one round consists of chin-ups, push-ups, squats with throwing the ball and hopping the line. In 20 minutes it is necessary to do as many laps as possible. Stretching is the final part of the training. Development of all muscles is characteristic of crossfit, and accordingly the feeling of satisfaction that you have after your workout is outstanding.

Crossfit or the Gym?

The answer to this question, of course, depends on the individual. What is certain is:

-Crossfit sessions are much more diverse as in the gym every day you have the same exercise routine.

-Crossfit training is very exhausting and often contains strenuous cardio combined with exercises while in the gym is not possible to operate the machines and run the bar at the same time.

Crossfit sessions are usually trainings for the whole body while in the gym you can generally only do a particular muscle group at one time.

So, it’s perfect time to take up Crossfit! What are you waiting for?
